台灣電信業「最佳公司治理」

  〈亞洲金融〉（FinanceAsia）公佈「2017亞洲最佳公司」（2017 Asia’s Best Companies）評比結果，中華電信以優異的成績，在台灣區「最佳公司治理」（Best committed to corporate governance）、「最佳管理公司」（Best managed companies）、「最佳投資人關係」（Best at investor relations）與「最佳社會責任」（Best at social responsibility）等獎項均榮獲前五名的肯定，領先同業，更在「最佳公司治理」獎項中，榮獲全台灣第二名殊榮，成為電信業第一。

中華電信總經理謝繼茂表示，公司治理近年來為全球資本市場關注的課題，強化及落實公司治理一向是中華電信長久以來堅持的理念。近年來，在公司全員努力與客戶肯定下，中華電信的品牌價值不斷提升，在國際評比中表現傑出。2017年，中華電信是唯一入選Brand Finance全球500大品牌的台灣電信業者，亦於World Brand Forum頒發的「世界品牌獎」評比中，榮膺台灣的年度「國家品牌獎」。

中華電信進一步指出，公司除了在公司治理、財務表現與品牌價值努力耕耘外，亦積極為客戶提供最佳電信服務，推展企客資通訊解決方案，並推動資安、雲端、物聯網、大數據等新興業務，奠定公司中長期的成長利基。
