《鬥陣特攻》OWL聯賽2020賽季已經展開兩周賽事，知名電競部落客Halo昨（20）日於推特爆料，除了洛杉磯英勇曾經考察過中國OC職業競技賽選手外，還有其他隊伍也有考察，甚至有幾家俱樂部甚至有意簽約選手，最終因擔心簽證問題而卻步。

如今中國電競規模與實力雖強，但其選手遠赴他國比賽所需承擔的簽證遭擋風險也是舉世皆知，去年成都獵人隊的楊小龍與機器人兩位選手正因簽證卡關，晚了好幾個月才得以與隊伍在美國本土會面，當時兩人狀態早已跟不上團隊默契。
曾爆多項OWL料的Halo昨日便在推特直白地說出，除了洛杉磯英勇曾對於中國選手Lengsa有興趣之外，還有多支北美OWL曾經考察過中國OC選手。甚至有一些隊伍已有了簽約興趣，但最終仍因考量到簽證問題而卻步。
Not even the P visa from CN -> US, every other country that has stricter entry reqs for CN (CAN, UK, FRA) requires different criteria for travel. Slight delay or mishap could derail playtime for weeks. Damn shame for bringing CN players to international teams.

洛杉磯英勇隊經理Mike Schwartz也在Halo文下回覆呼應，他表示，不只是中美之間的P類簽證（想要來美國參加體育或娛樂方面事宜但是沒有資格申請O類型的簽證的外國人所設計），其他國家（加拿大、英國、法國）都對中國公民入境有更嚴格且不同要求的規範。稍微延遲或是意外都會耽誤數周的上場時間。
「因為這種原因而無法把中國選手帶入國際隊伍，實在是太糟了。」Mike Schwartz如此說道。
