俄羅斯入侵烏克蘭至今已 10 個月，俄軍為補充兵力，大量雇傭傭兵集團，最著名的就是「瓦格納」傭兵集團。推特上近日則流傳一段影片，有一整群的瓦格納傭兵自願向烏軍投降。
推特帳號「@NOELreports」24 日貼出一段影片，可以看到畫面中的運輸車上，載滿了投降俄軍，全都彎著腰、低著頭，不發一語。

NOELreports 指出，一整群的瓦格納傭兵向烏東的烏克蘭武裝部隊自願投降，還說這種事情在這幾天中越來越多。他也提到，俄軍的高層安排這些人在很可怕的環境中戰鬥，許多人甚至連防護裝備都沒有。
NOELreports 今也貼出另一段影片，畫面中一群俄羅斯士兵排成一排，被長官持棍棒猛力毆打數次，士兵則低頭不敢講話，畫面非常暴力。
NOELreports 指出，這些俄軍是因為放棄自己的陣地落荒而逃，才被長官拿棍棒毆打。他也直言，這就是俄羅斯士兵的待遇，這些人的心理有問題。
