自武漢肺炎（COVID-19）疫情爆發以來，美國各地針對亞裔的仇恨犯罪不斷增加，近日更有多起針對亞裔族群的大規模槍殺事件，使得亞裔社群相當恐慌，對此多家遊戲商與相關媒體均發布公告聲援亞裔群體，希望仇恨不要繼續擴散。
近日美國本土發生多起種族主義者大規模槍殺亞裔事件，首先發布聲援公告的是萬代南夢宮北美分部：

緊接著許多遊戲商也跟上腳步，呼籲停止這樣的種族仇恨行為，像是 Sony、Ubisoft、Bethesda 等也都紛紛加入聲援「#StopAsianHate」的行列之中↓

自去年3月武漢肺炎（COVID-19）疫情爆發以來，美國本土已有將近3800宗針對亞裔美國人的仇恨事件報告，事件遍佈美國50個州和華盛頓特區，近日更屢屢爆發針對亞裔族群與其開設的商店進行的槍擊犯罪，使得亞裔社群人人自危，美國總統拜登更出面呼籲停止這樣的犯罪行為，稱這樣的仇恨犯罪這是錯誤的，這並非美國人的作風，必須立刻停止。
