這起槍擊事件發生在佛羅里達州的彭薩科拉（Pensacola）海軍航空站，除釀攻擊者在內4人死亡，還造成8人受傷。

佛州州長迪尚特（Ron DeSantis）指出，這名槍擊者是沙烏地阿拉伯人，與911恐攻的19名攻擊者中15人同屬沙國國籍，他們其中部分都曾在佛州參與飛行訓練。
