友邦海地發生規模7.2極淺層強震，造成逾300人罹難，近1800人受傷，總統蔡英文今天上午在推特發文，「得知海地南部和西南部發生嚴重地震，除了深感悲痛之外，也代表台灣人民和政府向所有受災者表示最深切的哀悼。台灣隨時準備協助海地進行救援和恢復工作。」
